starting over again today trying not to binge eat, or eat for pleasure, or overeat my regular meals. I've been up for 3.5 hours now and so far I'm feeling strong.
Don't you hate the vicious cycle of eating because you're depressed but eating causes you to get fatter, which causes you to be more depressed, which leads to more eating. Just feeling down today

I'm new to this website. I just can't get motivated in any way shape or form to lose weight. But I really want to lose weight. Help!
