Need Weight Loss Buddies:)

Posted in Group:

I'm 18 years old, weighing 180 lbs and standing 5'4. I don't look overweight too terribly, but its starting to affect my confidence and I've just decided it's time to change my lifestyle so it's strong enough to withstand starting college next year. I have about 3 months until my high school graduation and I want to feel beautiful walking across the stage and at my pool graduation party. Basically, I just need people who are willing to support me, share recipes/workouts, etc. It's hard because my friends and family don't eat too healthy etc. Please help:)

I understand how you feel. I was close to 200 lbs when I graduated HS. Be careful not to do diets that are too extreme. You want to stay healthy above all. Learn to read food labels, and use apps like fitness pal, or lose it. The apps will help you find a healthy calorie intake for you too. Also as hard as it is... the secret is to exercise exercise exercise! (this is my downfall :(...)

Its hard to find the support you need sometimes. I have had trouble finding support and staying motivated myself.

If you need a support buddy let me know. :)

Never stop believing in yourself... you can accomplish anything you set your mind to!
